# hot dogs
# hamburgers
# potato chips
# corn on the cob (boil these prior to party a little then have the boys throw them on the grill for the warmth and grill marks).
# watermelon
# rootbeer floats (don't forget the straws & make them fun)
Have a couple of the guys do the grilling of the hotdogs and burgers.
You can be the rootbeer host or get someone interested to do that and just have bowls of cut up watermelon or make the watermelon shells with different fruits set around and variety of chips sitting around for snacking.
Delish but not super expensive. Everyone will love the rootbeer floats for sure.

Well, when I was 16 (or even now), I would just do little stuff, especially since I really can't cook. If you want a "main" item, do little sandwiches (ham and/or turkey on those little buns/bread). Appetizers are great. (Little weenies in BBQ sauce are one of my favs. Also, a fruit tray with dip, a veggie tray with dip, chips and queso... Stuff like that.) Desserts, too. And don't forget the drinks! Those are just some things I'd think of, at least to guide me.

Something everybody so far that has tried and likes are sandwiches (we call them roll up sandwiches) You use flour tortillas, alouette cheese, cheese you use for tacos, ham shaved from deli or turkey shaved from deli and if you like lettuce and tomatos.. You spread the cheese spread on the tortilla, put the ham or turkey on (as you would a taco) or both if you like, cheese and lettuce and tomatoe, roll tight, and cut as thick as you like or eat like a burrito... Everybody that has tried these likes them. Serve chips, veggie tray and dip and fruit and fruit dip, and whatever drinks.. Good luck.

Chips and dip are always a safe bet. So is pizza. You could also make little sandwiches.
