I wanted to know how to make this if I wanted to use 2 pounds of hamburger and about 12-14 oz of spaghetii. Should I double the ingrediants or what?

6 ounces uncooked spaghetti
1 pound ground chuck
1 cup chopped onions
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided use
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1-1/4 cups ketchup
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
3/4 cup beef stock
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti; drain and set aside.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook ground chuck and onions in a large skillet, stirring until meat browns and crumbles; drain well.

Stir the salt, pepper, chili powder, 1/4 cup of the shredded Cheddar, the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard into the meat mixture. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in spaghetti and beef stock.

Spoon mixture into a baking dish. Top spaghetti with remaining 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar and the shredded mozzarella.

wut i do is only eat highly prossesed milk and egg, just thr byproducts like sodium styeral lactate and lactic acid and only when there at the bottom of the ingrediant list.(ingrediance are listed the most used in food to least used) but if there is milk or eggs accually in the ingrediants in the beggining of the list i dont eat it. and i NEVER eat just plain eggs or dairy; or bake with them unless its only like one egg white for a party or somethin.i figure its a lot easier when you dont have to memorize all the ingrediance derived for milk or eggs, i already do that for ingrediance derived from animals. PETA's website says that eating small amounts of animal byproducts is ok, as long as you dont overdue it (for instance i eat animal crakers like crazy, but the last ingrediant is skim milk, but since the crakers are most likely only brushed with skim milk before baking ) is it ok to call myself a vegan?

I have many recipes I came up with and can't decide on the best one so far. However, I'm getting tired of the same ol stuff, I was wondering who else got anything good. My marinades are usually based with olive oil and lemon juice. So far I've found that those 2 are the best for tenderizing and making the meat more juicy.

I know a few people in the mid-60s who are happy drinkers of beer and wine from the afternoon to evening. Drinking moderately almost every day is more of an appreciation thing to do but they are never inebriated. They used to be relaxed and happy after a drink or two but recently I've noticed they become hostile and irritable. Is it the alcohol that's affecting them?

I went to a Bob Evans restaurant this weekend and had the best banana bread ever. It was so moist! I realized that every time I make banana bread it comes out too dry. I don't cook with lard, so recipes without it would be great. Thanks.
