Although I love properly grilled steaks as much as anybody, I would have to say that the meat from a nice sweet 1-1/2 lb Maine Lobster perfeclty steamed over fresh seaweed and dipped in melted butter is no doubt the most memorable morsel of flavor that I have ever tasted.

Well, recently.........We have this restaurant by us called Rose O'Grady's and they serve this New Orleans style BBQ Chicken Sandwich that is just superb. Grilled chicken, smothered with BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato, and fried onion straws. Mmmmmm.
I crave this all the time now. My mouth is actually watering as I type this - no lie!

lumpia, it is a philopeno food that looks like and egg roll but tastes nothing like it, it is sooooo much better. very very good, you should look up the recipe.
