Hi soccerisfun,
I was frozen banana, a handful of frozen raspberries, blueberries & mix it with any kinda yogrut, 1/3 cup milk or soy milk & 3 or 4 ice cubes blend & eat.
banana, tablespoon peanut butter, wheat germ, orange juice(fresh or frozen), orange yogrut 3-4 ice cubes,
strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, teaspoon flax seeds, lemon yogrut 3-4 ice cubes blended
I usually freeze fruits when in season then always & yes you can freeze banana's, have them to make smoothies, fresh fruit, you can use more ice, vary milk accordingly, yogrut, anything you can think of will work, & my favorite is any kinda berry smoothies, banana smoothies are more filling though. Enjoy & have a good night. :0)

Smoothies are a terrific way to sneak a few vegetables into your child's diet! Make purely fruit smoothies a few times so the kids grow to LOVE them. Then, start experimenting with adding a vegetable here and there. Carrots or baby carrots are a natural to start with. They grind up to pure liquid and the taste goes well with apples and many other fruits.
