Mine has to be the time my mam was cooking bolognaise and didn't have enough spaghetti or pasta so che cooked some rice - in the same pan as the spaghetti - the rice was overcooked and the spaghetti undercooked eeww. Then again my dad's experimental cooking was pretty gross...

I want to make those roll up appetizers. Here's what i have thought of so far but i think it needs more.
Take a flour tortilla shell, spread onion and chive cream cheese on it. Layer salami and ham on it. Roll it up and cut into bite size pieces for little appetizers.
i think it needs something more though. Can't have onions, mushrooms or black olives on it.
Any ideas?

The marinade I am using is mesquite and I am going to bake it. Does it help to puncture (fork) the entire thing to help the marinade penetrate? Maybe even inject some of it into the cut? Or would you recommend just letting it alone in the marinade? Thanks for your help!

I have recently started to drink fairtrade wine, and so far havn't had a bad bottle (red, white or rose). Just wondering what everyone else thought of it.
In the co-op it is also very cheap at just £3.20-£6.

I watched part of the show today for the first time, and I was wondering if she always cooks things that are not good for you. Today she made an icecream baked potato with whipped cream and cake icing, and hot dogs wrapped in bacon. She said that the bacon was a good way to get protein into your kids. Is her show always like that, or was this a special occasion?

I have a problem with my oesophagus and get really bad reflux if I eat foods that cause extra stomach acid production.
I am also on a diet and need some healthy, low fat, foods to eat.

I'm going on a second date with this guy and he's going to cook me dinner. I don't know exactly what he's making but I think he's going to make a spicy stir fry with steak because I told him that is one of my favorite things to eat. What would be a good wine that would go with that dish that is available in Canada and is under $20?

Someone told me that it happened because someone put a spoon in it after it had been in there mouth and that the saliva was breaking it down. Of course I think that is nonsense but see as I dont know the real reason I can only say they are wrong and not actually prove it. Any one that knows please let me know. Thanks

It has little bits of salsa or peppers in it but it's not spicy hot. I had it once but can't ask the cook who made it for the recipe.
