I have made something very similar to this and I put jalapenos it was so good. You could also put green olives or tiny pieces of chopped tomato or anything you like. This is another tasty appetizer that is similar to yours. Take a tortilla spread plain cream cheese on it add your favorite jelly and cut into bite size pieces. Enjoy!

Don't know about Salami and ham together. I think the salami would over power the ham taste.
I would add tomato or mashed hard boiled egg to the ham, or both
To Salami I think tasty cheese, gherkins or other strong flavours.
If ham and salami are good for you go with it, and then consider if my suggestions will do it for you

black pepper and a lettuce leaf - to keep it simple
I'm thinking you need some texture contrast - right now, everything in it is soft, so add something crunchy thinly sliced cucumbers, the lettuce as mentioned above, diced red bell peppers.
Also, your flavors are all on the salty side - a little something vinegary or a light squeeze of lemon to add some acidity to the savory flavors you have.
Better yet - Cruncy bacon bits! Can't go wrong with bacon! lol

Try adding a cornichon, or french pickle. You can also try some sliced cheese, such as Asiago to liven things up,or even use sundried tomatoes. Perhaps some quartered artichoke hearts? And, I'm thinking you need something green and leafy, such as watercress or perhaps baby spinach.
