You could make a small egg custard!! Just add some cream, some vanilla and some sugar and cook it on the stovetop until it bubbles and coats the spoon.


If you have three egg yolks, I would use about a cup of cream, a teaspoon of vanilla and 1/4 to 1/2 cup a sugar (depending on how sweet you like it).

After cooking it until it thickens, you can either refridgerate it or freeze it for a nice custard or custard ice cream!!! YUM!

You can add them to a meatloaf, a custard, scrambled eggs, a milkshake (heaven forbid!) a cream sauce for your main dish....

a white frittata with no yolk!!add ham or vegetable or anything that you like and make a frittata
