I have a problem with my oesophagus and get really bad reflux if I eat foods that cause extra stomach acid production.
I am also on a diet and need some healthy, low fat, foods to eat.

Thank you all so much for your suggestions so far. They are great.
But I guess i didn't explain myself very well. I'm looking for any recipes you may have that are kind of alternatives to the norm. For example I make a great replacement for tomato sauce (for pasta), and I make it exactly the same but with a jar of roasted peppers instead.
Thank you anyway, especially for the websites, they are great.

Well, there's always beans and rice and you can use any low fat meat you like.......shrimp, chicken. Beans are very high in protein, and rice is high in carbs, but they're both very very good for you, it'll fill you up and it's low in fat. You just season to what your body can handle, and of course with what you like. Good luck!!!
