Breakfast for the Working world...?

Question

For those of you who work, what would you buy for breakfast for $3?? Fruit? Juice?? what would u pay to eat something you would enjoy? Please honest answers...thanks :)

I stopped eating all that junk and starting using my juice extractor and blender to make highly nutritious energy drinks in the morning. I now have 2 to 3 times the energy in the morning. It keeps me going till 1pm

I make a bowl of oatmeal, then I make a blend of carrot, spinach, orange, celery, green pepper, and apple juice with a crushed vitamin thrown in and perhaps 7 drops of Devil Claw herbal extract.. Mmmm yummy! :)

In answer to your question though, for $3, I would buy a Sausage McMuffin. $3 won't buy you much else where I live.

Unfortunately, if I'm eating breakfast out on a work day, I'm probably eating something that's not great for me.

Easiest is probably fast food breakfast sandwiches purchased through the drive through...they are so delish, but so bad for me.

If I've got a little bit of time, I'll go to Einstein's and get a bagel with a schmear. A big treat for me because I love fresh, warm bagels and the only bagel place is a bit out of the way for me.

In between, I'll go to Starbuck's and get a latte and a slice of reduced-fat cinnamon coffee cake.

i usually get a bagel w/ cream cheese and an OJ for about 4 dollars at a local shop near my house.... or..... i get an iced coffee and donut from dunkin donuts for about 4.50

a sandwich like something with protien in it like egg or cheese,meat,cappichino coffee or milk.... quick easy to eat!
