I can defrost em in the wave like i would any other meat but I am afraid they will cook in there and I plan on grilling the dogs...any advice? can you cook them on the grill frozen? Thanks!

How do I keep this dish good for serving?

I'm supposed to bring a cheese/sausage/cracker tray to an event. The bad thing is - my son has a game at 6:00 - it will last about a hour - then we have the event afterwards.
Will the food stay good in the car for 2 hours? If not, what should I do?
It's about 50 degrees where I live right now.

What is the best way to cook tender corned beef?

My mother, who has since passed, used a trick to be certain the corned beef turned out tender. She made corned beef for about 500 people (no joke) and it was the best!! I would like to continue on the tradition, but have failed in the 6 years since her death. I think it was ground mustard? Any help is appreciated.

My lovely irish mom used to make corned beef and cabbage every St. Patricks day. The way she prepared it seemed effortless and the meat was so tender - melted in your mouth!! She said there was a trick to it. She passed away and the recipe was lost with her. Any help is appreciated.

Cooking just takes way too much time and effort for a working person - how can I spend less than $250 for a family of two using convenience foods that is not too unhealthy? What do you find that is cheap and you can grab-and-go and get back to work?
