No Bake Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:
1/4 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2-1 cup margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil.
Cook for 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well and drop by teaspoon onto wax paper.
Let cool.
Note: After I have let them cool, I put them in the fridge.
They seem to harden better, plus they taste good that way.

ALL TIME FAVORITE NO BAKE COOKIES...and soo easyyyy!!
1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups Quicker Quaker Oats
Bring butter, sugar, cocoa, and milk to a hard boil over low heat, stirring constantly in a heavy sauce pan.
Boil for just over 1 minute. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and peanut butter until all is melted.
Add oats.
Work quickly dropping by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
Let sit until hard.
If the cookies are too dry, try boiling for less time or adding less oats.
If they are too runny boil longer or add more oats.
Another amazing one is...
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup granulated sugar
5 1/2 cups corn flakes
In a large sauce pan combine corn syrup and sugar.
Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Stir in the peanut butter.
Add the corn flakes.
Stir until corn flakes are covered with syrup mixture.
Drop tablespoons on wax paper.
