Honey mustard glaze is also appropriate. Its easy to make at home. If you have pork or beef gravy, you can use that as a base or a packet of beef or pork gravy works just as well. You'll also need mustard, honey and rosemary. You just make the packet as instructed. Add some mustard, about twice as much honey than the mustard and a little rosemary to the gravy. (like a tablspoon). Whip it with a whip until its well blended and the honey has "dissolved". Its should be velvety and not too thick. A little goes a long way so don't drown your food in it!

I would say apple sauce is the only "traditional" sauce for pork. Other than that I wouldn't know, things such as sweet and sour for something like spare ribs is hardly considered traditional the way we think of the word

Try Ligonberry Jam with brown gravy or tradition stir-fry sauce. Also if you like spicy try Jerk paste, it looks like pesto and mix it with Pick-A-Peppa sauce. I had this from somebody who was in Jamaica and it rocked.
