Can you chop up potatoes and freeze them? Or should I freeze them in some other form?

make potato soup or maybe a veggie soup with the pototes in it. freeze both. also you could make mashed potaoes and freeze them but you will have to add milk and butter once they are thawed out.

Potatoes do not freeze well.

potatoes have water in them they will be horrible frozen, you can however can them.
