I'm am very hungry but I am in class right now so I can't eat. Salmon patties sound very good though. If you have never had them, here is a recipe;
1 can (approx. 7 ounces) salmon
1 egg
1/2 cup cracker crumbs (oyster crackers will do, just crush them up real fine)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 celery stick
1 onion diced
olive oil, enough to cover bottom of skillet

Mix the salmon, onion, celery, crackers, pepper, salt, and egg in a big bowl, then using your hands, make patties with the mixed ingredients, put olive oil in the pan and place one or two patties in the pan at a time. Don't flip the patties! They fall apart easily. Cook till golden brown and once they are done, squeeze some lemon on them. YUMMY!

how many calories are in a shot of vodka. started a diet and suppose to go out this weekend and i drink vodka and diet squirt so just wondering if anyone knew how many calories are in a shot of vodka. thankyou or if anyone had a suggestion what to drink with vodka besides diet squirt.

I think I'd enjoy juicing on my own and it would cut out preservatives and additives in the other juices I buy at the store. I'm considering the Jack Lalanne model for $100. We have great Farmers Markets around here and I'm always buying produce. I know I'd use it daily and get my moneys worth- not to mention the health benefits. Is this a good investment?
