My husband took me out to dinner last nite, and Sunday is the day I usually make my 'big' dinner. So saturday nite supper is usually a crap shoot. My husband found a can of sloppy joe stuff way in back of cabinet and asked me to make those since they are fast and easy. Good enuff, but I am bored with them just 'out of the can'. Anyone else like Sloppy joes and have an unusual way of eating them or strange condiments for topping them with? I am hoping someone out there can get me excited about eating a Sloppy Joe tonite! [ and for the record my husband's name is Carmine, not JOE so no dirty talk you bad people out there! :) ]

I own a nightclub and am trying to put together a new concept for my area, a game show night. What I need; if you were going to a nightclub on "game show" night, what would you be excited to participate in or watch? I would like ideas that would involve groups or multiple people duirng the event. I have some ideas, but I want to know what YOU as a customer might want to see.

I ate a fabulous italian dinner several years ago & had a few bottles of this wine. It was what the restaurant had in place of chianti. I have been looking for the wine for at least 5 years now with no luck. Does anyone know what I am talking about??

I am all for being nice to animals, but I have a question.

Although this will never happen, would you eat meat if animals lived in good conditions? If they were allowed to roam acres and acres, eat completely natural and organic foods, and they were never killed or slaughtered, they just lead normal lives. If cows weren't forced to produce milk and every animal was always inspected for health problems. No hormones, no steroids, all natural.

Would you still be against eating meat or would you eat it?

I am making a swiss cheese fondue this evening. I am serving with it veggies, potatoes, breadsticks, shrimp, and sliced sirlion. I will be pre-cooking the shrimp and steak. What are your suggestions on how to do it? Boil, grill, pan sear, broil, etc. I also want to get some added flavor into each. Thoughts?
