I don't have one favourite
Hard cheese, extra strong Cheddar, very versatile
Soft cheese, brie, lovely with baguette and grapes
Also Parmesan, a must with Italian food
And Stilton, as a special treat

My favorite cheese is Provolone. You can use it on top of your hoagies or subs. It can be eaten with crackers as a snack. Provolone cheese could also be put on top of a fried breaded chicken, then bake for 5 minute at 350 degrees, until it melted.I also put it on my salads with Italian dressing.

I bought some Bowland Lancashire cheese from bakewell, it has got cinnamon and sultanas in it and it was the nicest cheese I have ever tasted!

Leerdammer, and masadam, and Gouda. I could name more, cos I love cheese. Not the stinky blue veined smelly feet type.
