Anyone have any good crock pot recipes?

Some days there just isn't enough time to cook a big dinner. A crock pot is a great alternative but I have ran out of recipes, LOL. We can't eat the same thing over and over. Anyone have any recipes I could put to good use? Thanks!

is it ok if my pork is a little pink when i eat it?

i cooked some pork today and it was a soft pink on the inside, not PINK pink, but light pink. is this ok? the center was hot.

Is Gordon Ramsay going too far in Hell's Kitchen ?

Ramsay's constant aggression and swearing at the chefs does not seem likely to get the best from his staff. I find it unpleasant and unnecessarily nasty.

what's the best way to cook rice noodles?

I made my first attempt at cooking rice noodles (thai noodles). There were no instructions on the package but it did say they could be boiled so I did. I wound up with this mass of rubbery strands. Did I do something wrong? I boiled them in chicken broth for about 3 minutes. They were literally hard to swallow, but at least my cat liked them. Anyone know the best way to make thai noodles?

What should we do?

my mom purchased some Dole Raisins from Albertsons...she had been eating them sporadically since she bought them, so today SHE SAW MAGGOTS in their eeewww...some dead...some live...
should she just go to the store and get her money back, or should she take legal action, how? What would you guys do?
