It's entirely possible to have extremely healthy food which tastes delicious. So I don't see that it has to be an either/or thing!

Both are absolutely necessary, however I'd have to say taste must come first, since I won't eat something that tastes nasty no matter how healthy it may be, but every now and then I'm willing to compromise on the healthiness a little to eat a treat that tastes really really good.

For an adult should be the health benefits, but for a child or a baby surely is the taste.

I say I can have BOTH. There is a way to eat healthy good tasting food.

Health must come first. Unfortunately, for many Americans it does not. We consume far too much hydrogenated oils, which can be found in everything from baked goods to bouillon.

both ! you can make tasty meals and there can still be healthy, all it takes is low fat NOT NO FAT
