If ur turd REFUSES to come out, then u might have to strain-which is no good for your poor BUNG-hole.
If ur turd comes out BLOOD-STAINED, then that's a case for the medics - go air ur concerns to the good doctor!!
If ur turd comes out MEDIUM and CURLS then it's juuust right!!
