is it weird that i have to shake the fizz out of my pepsi and make it flat before i can drink it? any one else have to do this?

i do it aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall the time and i have a couple of friends who do it as well. it's totally normal. i think coke and pepsi are waaaaaay too acidic, and so flatening it helps agree with your stomach better and it doesn't tingle in your mouth so much. acctually, i'm so used to it being flat, that if it's not, it hurts my mouth. kinda like STRONG mouthwash!! OUCH.
anyway, girl, right on for you to flatten your pepsi. i flatten my pepsi and my pillow at night. i don't like fluffy pillows...lol

I DO!!
When u open it fresh the fizz makes it hard to swallow without feeling that BURN in your throat...then u have to wait a few seconds with ur mouth open for that BURP of gas to escape...there is no way to make this lady-like...and I'm a damn LADY all day!! LOL

I prefer soda a bit flat. I can't drink them straight after opening without swishing them in my mouth

I don't make it flat, but I do take a lot of the fizzy out first as it really makes me burp! LOL!

yes thats why you should drink coke cola no matter how long you keep the top off let it sit out it never goes flat.

i do. and no it is not weird. sometimes people don't like the fizz and they make it so it is gone. it makes it more enjoyable to drink i guess.

That's silly....you should just drink syurp and plain water then (but whats the point of having"soda-pop" without the soda or the pop ???
