Yes any cooked meat in any already cooked dish can be frozen. If you try to keep in the fridg it will go bad quicker. Many people cook ahead meals that can be frozen and used later. Another tip if you lose power for long enough for meats to get thawed or partially thawed, cook them and then refreeze for later use. It is like making your own homemade tv dinners.

you can freeze the sauce, but cooked noodles do not freeze well. I've done it in the past but it loses taste.
