Depends on the pizza. If it is filled with salty stuff like cheese and sausage, then beer.

If it is a "gourmet pizza" with far less cheese and perhaps less traditional items and more vegetables, then wine works for me.

If it is a slice on the run, then a soft drink will do.

I love anything by Clos Du Bois. It is rich, relatively inexpensive and can tame the skeptic wine drinker and appease the seasoned conisuers!

As far as beers I adore the majority micro brews. If you are near Colorado Laughing Lab is to die for!

I like MILK or a diet soda with pizza. I tried doing wine once and it just wasn't right. The exception being a homemade pizza with good mozzarella and basil and sun dried tomatoes as the only topping.

I like any Honey beer. It's not so bitter in comparison to the food you're eating. I can't stand eating something delicious, and following it with a bitter swig of beer.
If I'm not eating, just about anything goes!!
