French fried, especially deep fried (not the oven). hash browns, Home fries, mashed.
I also love those fresh potato chips... Big difference that in the bags!
In any way, there are so many ways I like potatoes... right up to stuffed potato skins.

Potato cheese soup! Here's my latest makeshift recipe, and it turned out pretty good. All measurements are approximate.
Peel and dice three small potatoes (I used russet potatoes), and cut one carrot into thin slices. In a small saucepan, boil potatoes and carrot in just enough water to cover them (about 1 1/2 cups I think) until soft. Do not mash, so not drain. Add about 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 Tbsp margarine. Slowly stir in instant potato flakes until soup reaches desired consistency. (I think I added between 1/3-1/2 cup, and the soup was very thick.) Stir in 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese until completely melted and mixed in. Add pepper and seasoned salt (and whatever else) to taste.
Makes one bowl full of soup, serves one.

curly fries are better than regular french fries,
mashed ,i like them lumpy, not all smooth whipped creamy,
hash browns for breakfast or tater tots,
scalloped, or american fries (sliced and fried),
baked: double stuffed,
or diced in chunks in soup or stew...
or just boil those small round ones.
and potato bread is good!
