Im going vegan and im not sure what to do...I find meat repulsive. I was a vegetarian for two years before we got married. but he loves it. how do you keep peace? he gets mad cause i dont like his meat touching my stuff in the fridge.

I have no idea what to cook as sidedishes! Help me choose!

CHOOSE ONLY TWO SIDEDISHES

Herbed lemon chicken with turkey sausages WITH:

a) polenta slices layered with sauteed bell peppers and mushrooms
b) mashed roasted garlic potatoes
c) herbed garlic potatoes
d) wilted garlicky spinach
e) rice cooked with vegetable stock and caramelized veggies
d) stuffed tomatoes


...crusty bread will be included.

I used to bake alot and had a really great cookbook (Betty Crocker or something) till my oven quit working right. Now I have a new oven I'd like to start baking but can't find that ole book. It had 2 cookie recipes in the book I can't seem to find in my other books. Chocholate Crinkles and Oatmeal Rasins (the ones that come out soft). Anyone with one or both? Please Help. Thanks...
