I cant cook, and I have nothing in the house to eat..what should I go out and get? something lean and healthy..thanks..

YOU CAN'T COOK? I will teach you... something Healthy? think lot of vegys, no trans fats,
just cut some chicken and cook it in the pan.
Throw in some cut up ONIONS....
and some peppers........ red yellow,green whatever you got

dash it with some red vinegar....... garlic, pepper, chili pepper, roll it up in a tortilla (trans fat free)
VIOLA...................... HEALTHY AND TASTY
chicken fahita
put some low fat sour cream, and salsa in it....yummmmmmmm

I would go to Chic fil a and get a grilled chicken sandwich with fruit or rice.

depends on what you had for lunch. If you had chicken for lunch, then have beef for dinner. If you had meat/beef for lunch then have chicken for dinner. If all else fails then hit Taco Bell!
