Well being a proud worker in a grocery store in one of our fine Deli counters at A & P.. I will gladly let you know that not only are we Fresh Obsessed but also Fresh literate... Now about your question... Deli Meat generally after being cut and left out for 1 - 2 hours (Period of time to get home and store groceries in fridge) makes the meat only viable for a period of 3-4 days, less if it is left out for more than 2 hours after initial slicing.

Enjoy..oh and dont worry about the paleness.. that because the meat was exposed to light and artificial light discolours meat faster than natural light

if you get it from the deli- there is usually a date on the sticker that they put on there- it depends on what type-i can tell you in health dept rules in my state the limit is 48-72 hours after being sliced but i would look at the sticker on the package

Usually about a week if you refrigerate it. It will last longer if you put it in the freezer, but remember to wrap it real good before you put it in the freezer.

All vitamins just stay on food for 3 hours or less.
