I was wondering if anyone knows how to make a simple dessert cream sauce. Something like lobster sauce you would have with a seafood dish but a sweet creame sauce for dessert. Maybe using white choc chips??? What would I add to that make it more sauce like?

fish is meat, so therefore vegitarians cant eat it! but apparantly theres a name for it, cause i looked it up but forgot it already. so is this just an excuse to let them eat meat or what?

I recently started bartending and waiting tables for a brand new Ruby Tuesday restaraunt. Sometimes I will recieve one or two dollars on a bill that was 60 or 70+ bucks. Are people simply cheap, or don't have the slightest knowledge of the tipping process? What is the customary percent to tip servers and bartenders also?

I always start looking around this time of year for different and uncommon candies to give out around Halloween.

This year I was wondering if anyone ever made a peanut butter flavored lollipop. If so do you know where I can purchase them online? It would be GREAT if Reeses actually made a peanut butter cup flavored lollipop... but I guess that's asking too much of 'em.

On the other hand however,... If anyone from the makers of the Reeses Peanut Butter Cup reads this, please think about the idea to do so!
