A good rule of thumb is to use all meat in the freezer within 4-6 weeks. To prolong the freezer life of your meat, you should wrap meat in a freezer bag like ziplock or an equivilant.
While this sounds kind of gross, you should seal the bag almost all the way, then suck all the air out with your mouth before sealing the last little bit. This way, all the air is gone, and you reduce the risk of early freezer burn. Another alternative is to get a sealer machine, which does this for you.
Label the meat with the month and day, so you know when to use it. When you defrost the meat, you're better off defrosting it in the refrigerator for 1 or 2 full days rather than using the microwave.
Hope this helps!

Your other answers are what you want.
here's some info though. It depends on how it's packaged, the better the packaging the longer it will last.
Also, most residential refrigerator freezers are 'defrosting' freezers. You know how your ice cream is hard sometimes and soft other times? That's because defrosting freezers warm up to 34 degrees once a day to melt off the ice. That is bad for long term storage of food.

usually meat can stay in the freezer for at least 3 months, as long as it is fully covered etc the only thing that wrecks meat is freezer burn, when air gets to it

It is Frozen. It stays for 6 month if there is no bone... 2 if there is a bone. Just have to make sure it is freeze wrapped well. Do not just use the wrap frome grocery store. Before you place it in the freezer, wrap it again and make sure that it does not thaw until you are ready to cook it.
Also, I was always told never to re-freeze anything with a bone in it.
Hope this helps.

Before freezing, remove the little pad thingy that is placed between the meat and styrofoam tray. When you set it in the fridge to defrost for a couple of days, bacteria grows in that thing (not sure what it's called or what it's for).
When handling food always remember that air, water, and heat can be your best friends or worst enemies.

Indefinitly as long as you protect it from freezer burn. When freezing you do not have to worry about bacteria growth but you do have to worry about over freezing the meat.

You can keep meat for several months. The longer they are there, the quicker they lose their nutrients
