Both teas already suggested are great, but for me it is Ginger Peach that soothes my stomach and my head. Panera Bread has a great one. Send your loved one out to pick up a can. (the have them near the front where you order - tall cans - pricey, but worth it) Otherwise - straight Yogi brand Ginger tea does it for me. Feel better!

No tea, GATORADE! It will help with the fluids your body needs. Or pick up some pedialite! It always makes my son feel better.

Long Island Iced Tea.
