I'm making Steak sprinkled with garlic, pepper, and salt topped with mushrooms, green peppers, onions, jalepeno peppers and cheese along with a ceasar salad topped with catalina dressing. Chocolate cake for dessert. So what are you having.

shrimp rub them with olive oil, lemon, garlic, oregano, cilantro, pepper
grill them...

then make rice and beans or pasta alfredo

with salad...lettuce, cherry tomatoes, carrots...olive oil vinegar salt & pepper

Beef Stroganoff, garlic buttered noodles, mixed greens salad with olive oil and lemon vinagrette. Haven't figured out dessert yet, something light I think.

Not sure yet. If I am not dining out with family I'll be making some sauerbraten with spatzel. Dessert will be some pumpkin toffee cookies.

I was thinking to try a new recipe: Hearty tortilla casserole with salad. Sounds like you are having a better meal than me though!

Ribs done in the slow cooker and I've already made rice to go with it. I work until 6 tomorrow so won't be home until 6:20.

That sounds like a good meal to me...We had Turkey, dressing, gravy,green beans, and cranberry sauce....Had Thanksgiving early.

Home-made vegetable beef soup with barley; crusty French bread; Japanese pears (nashi) for dessert.

I feel sorry for people who can't cook, and resort to fast-food crap for their dinner.
