1 pound=454 grams
1 teaspoon=5 mil
1 tablespoon=15mil
1/4 cup=60 mil
1/2cup=120mil
3/4cup=180mil
1 cup=240 mil

it stands for ounces and can be converted to grams in the following manner: If it doesn't need to be accurate, an ounce is about 30g. To be exact 1 ounce is 28.35g.
