I am trying to make a bread pudding as my mother used to make with stale bread. Have so far only been able to find recipes for bread and butter pudding. Which I know how to do.

Is this a modern superstition or are there real problems with heating and eating refrozen food, or anyhow fish? Is it one of those things like sell-by dates that we can ignore if we use a little common sense ie don't refreeze and defrost umpteen times?

If there is a real risk, how slight is the possibility of the danger happening, is it "genuine but minimal" like the risk of a plane crashing?

The real PHO Vietnamese soup is hard to prepare. Do you know how to prepare a quick version with similar flavor? Can be PHO-GA or PHO-BO. I like both.

What is the main reason why vegetarians don't eat meat? I'd be very interested if it's a biological or religious (spiritual) reason. I think by eating plants, we must "kill them" as well since plants are living entities.

I have a feeling that eating flesh could be wrong (or not) in some way but i just don't know why because i have always wanted to be a vegetarian.

Could someone help me with a very convincing argument?
