UPPER left hand corner? The one that backs up to the Egg Drop Soup? If so, that looks like strips of chicken dipped in cornstarch batter and fried for Sweet & Sour Chicken. You're supposed to top it w/ a red S&S sauce.

The only thing I see is spring rolls and the deep fried chicken used for sweet and sour chicken. It's cut up chicken dipped in a flour mixture then deep fried. Almost like chicken fingers but the smaller version.

I think your speaking of sweet and sour chicken. Beside that is chinese donuts. The sweet and sour chicken is served with a red sweet and sour sauce as well though so don't forget it.

it looks like a funky piece of fried chicken. i dont think it is sweet & sour chicken because that stuff looks gooey. Next time @ a chinese restaurant just ask for fried chicken and see what happens.

Dude, it's sweet and sour chicken, minus the sauce. It's best if you dip it in sauce just right before eating.

it looks like battered chicken strips, depends on the sauce to put over it, could be lemon chicken or sweet and sour chicken.
