white rice by itself is not nutritionally sound.

When the body takes in the same foods every single day, it becomes prone to a food allergy. Once you get a food allergy you can no longer eat that food. I would suggest organizing your diet better. Maybe do every other day.....but not every day. That could get complicated. Your body needs a certain amount of vitamins and minerals to make it work. By following a repetitive diet, you will be starving it in some areas and overfeeding it in others. That just wouldn't be very good..... Hope this helped :)

I'd switch to brown basmati rice which they now have in stores. Eating rice every day works for some as long as your other carbs are kept in check.

No, you need to have more variety in your diet, to get the full range of nutrients to be healthy. How about having potatoes or pasta occasionally. Brown rice is better for you than white rice. I suggest you have your favourite white rice as a treat.

I think you know the answer to that - don't you? Eating a wide variety of all food groups is benificial to good health; so long as they are eaten in moderation. White rice is not good for you, it has been bleached.

No you will find yourself with all sorts of health problems if you do this for very long. Unless you are adding other things which you failed to mention.
