I'd go with just shy of a teaspoon if you like garlic. If not, cut it to about 1/2 a teaspoon.

A clove is one little part of the entire garlic. Garlic is divided into sections, one section is a clove. If minced, about a teaspoon.

Well, cloves vary in size, but I'd say no more then a teaspoon. But if you enjoy garlic feel free to put in a little extra, cause the stuff in jars isnt nearly as strong and fresh garlic.

1 teaspoon equals a clove of garlic. I would rely on taste though.

it would depend how large the clove is just use a tsp and you won't go wrong a clove is one of those little pieces you break off of the whole garlic....

Approximately ½ teaspoon. I wouldn't want to use too much, might mask the flavour of the fish. Ginger is a wonderful flavor for fish, if you have it on hand. Also soy sauce will help eliminate any fishy taste. Bon apetite!
