Cookies are better, especially warm and chewy. The rice krispy bars are all sticky and messy, and a little bit too sweet.
I have my own baking business, where I make several kinds of cookies and bread and other goodies. Almost everyone says chocolate chip are their favorite of all my stuff.
Yeah, definitely choc chip cookies.
