You should get a cookbook. Much more reliable than wading through unreliable online recipes. My favorite is Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone, by Deborah Madison. Another good one is 1001 Low Fat Vegetarian Recipes. Both are very comprehensive and cover a very wide variety of dishes and techniques.

Hey instead of getting crapy recipes from people who will send you crappy recipes, why don't you get up and go to Barnes & Noble and buy a cook book for vegitarians!?
