I just went to a restaurant and ate a dessert that was like a cake on the bottom, then cream cheese layered on top of that and then a brownie on the very top. Anyone know what this is called or have a recipe for it?? It was DE-licious!!!

i bought a cookie press that has different tips so that you can either press out cookies or you can use a different tip to decorate a cake. the package came with recipes for cookies, but not one for frosting. anyone have a good recipe that i could use in order to put the frosting or icing into the press and make decorative flowers on a cake tomorrow? any help or hints you can provide will be very much appreciated. thanks.
