free range chickens run around the farm and eat plants besides chicken feed
store bought eggs come from chickens that are in tiny cages so they can't move, and are feed very inexpensive feed plus hormones and yellow dye, the lack of exercise, fresh air, and natural food sources effect the flavor of the eggs

My friend from Korea says it is definitely due to the experience and care of the farmer. He knows the best temperature for the eggs and stuff like that. I want to ad that it is also the bugs and insects that they have for snacks (or dessert) between all those grains.

Because the farm eggs are much fresher, who knows how long the ones in the store sit there! My parents get Ostrich Eggs, they are HUGE and really good, you should try them!

Fresher is better. The egg has three parts and the older they get these parts start to separate causing a runny egg.

It is because they are much fresher. Eggs can be warehoused for quite awhile before they wind up in the supermarket for sale. Farm fresh products are always better if you can get them

Generally the chickens are fed differently.
Even the yolks are more orange in color than a pale yellow.
They really are different.
