We're going to have a really nice dinner with bacon-wrapped scallops and salmon..and I wanted to know what would be a good game time snack. Besides the basic chips and dips..Something that is a little bit better and then that...any suggestions?

Try some jalapeno poppers. Half a jalapeno-hollowed out stuffed with a piece of chicken breast then wrapped in bacon and held with a toothpick- then put them over a bbq pit. They are the best! My dad always makes about 100 of them for my kids parties and the are a big hit. Just watch out some of them can be spicy! Enjoy

Stuffed Mushrooms are always a huge hit at our house (and often demanded by people coming to watch the game!)

Use a mixture of sauted, chopped mushrooms, garlic, crisp bacon, and shredded cheddar. Add scallions and salt and pepper to taste. Stuff this in the caps of white mushrooms and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. DELISH!!

buy some of those criosaunts rolls by pillsburry (the ones that come in the tubes that you unroll) and fill then with your fav. things. i.e. taco meat and cheese, pizza toppings, sloppy joes, cheeses almost any thing you like and make a egg wash (1 egg 2 tble spoons water beaten together) and brush the edges and fold corner to corner. use a fork or pinch the edges firmly (so nothing comes out during baking) and cook according to package. they are great and you get a lot of different flavors. gl and go vikings!!!

Put some Tostitos scoops on a baking sheet. Drop about a teaspoon of salsa into each scoop. Place your favorite cheese on top. Bake at about 350 until the cheese melts.

There's also some game time recipes on the tostitos site.
