Is there a candy that is called white rabbit? Its white [ lol of course] then like it has a thing wax paper type thing over it

White Rabbit is a milk-based candy that is wrapped in (edible) rice paper. It's very yummy, and you can buy it at amazon and other places (see link below).

Yes that is a candy. You can buy them at most Asian food stores, at least that's where I get mine. I think they also have a strawberry flavor, or they did for a while.

Yeah, go to Asian food stores/groceries and they're more than likely to have it. They HAVE to have in stock. That stuff is good.

yes...it's really good. I think it comes in 2 varieties- hard and chewy.
