Ooo, I love cookies....but different cookies require different temperatures...Here are some solutions I found when using different ovens...

If it is the bottom that burns, it may because the oven loses heat quicker than you want, so the element is on more...but lowering the temperature or cook time leaves the cookies uncooked....the the remedy is to double pan your cookies (put 1 pan on the other and the cookies on the top pan.

If they are burnt on the top, with a gooey centre, the oven is too hot...you need to lower the temperature, and maybe lengthen the cook time (As temps vary for type of cookie I can't say to what temp).

If they are Burnt through out (Too Dry), you need to increase the temp, but cook for a shorter time.

I've seen cookie temps from 325 to 375, with cooking times of 10-15 minutes.

Hope this helps...."long live the cookies :)"

You can put it in temperature at 350 degrees so they can come out well baked and not burned, usually it only takes no longer than 20mins to bake cookies! Just remember the higher the temp is the sooner it can get burned! I only recommend for high temp when only the food is extremely frozen other wise just put it at a medium high level of temperature!! And also by the way it always says on the package the degrees you should use when cooking.

Normally a recipe or package will tell you what the temperature is that you need to cook the cookies at. The digital should actually help because it will make the oven the exact temperature you want.

Buy a cooking themometer for the stove. Place it inside the rack and see what the internal temp is. If it is too hot for the temp back it off 25 degrees and test it again.
