Why is it that whenever I turn my back on a drink, even for a few minutes, when I come back there is a dead fruit fly in it.

Does this happen to you?

I do not know where they come from. The windows and doors are shut, and there is no fruit, food, or garbage around for them to be attracted to. It is as if they come out of the booze itself!

AND what possesses them to commit suicide in my drink?

Any insight please?!

I'm moving into another apartment - before my roommate already had a lot of kitchen supplies so I didn't really need to get any but now I'm living somewhere else and need all new kitchen supplies - I love cooking but don't do it as often as I'd like, what tools do you think I should spend money on that are really worth it?

Many sugar-free products contain this, and it is known to be bad for kidneys. It also produces gastrointestinal upset in just about everyone I know (and with ingestion of very small amounts of these products). Its also in some breath strips. I just wonder what this product does and why it must be added to so many things.

I wanted to put everclear in clear plastic poland spring bottles. Don't ask why, you already know. Anyway, I was thinking, is that too high of a proof to put in? Will the high alcohol "eat through" the thin plastic? I know sometimes in a paper cup alcohol seems to somehow leak out like eating through like acid or something. Does anyone anticipate any problems with putting everclear in plastic poland spring bottles and storing them for maybe a month or two before drinking?? I know you're supposed to keep alcohol in tightly sealed container. I wonder if the water bottle isn't tightly sealed enough?

I'm not judging, but I'm not a vegetarian. I do love animals, but I think its natural to eat meat (animals do too, after all)
