You have no imagination. I would use a much harder cheese like parmesan stracchiavello or a block of mimolette

grab it from you, whack it into pieces, roll 'em up in herbed bread crumbs, fry 'em and serve 'em to you with a nice bottle of wine (red, white, doesn't matter). then when you nice and drunk, i'll whack you on the head with the empty wine bottle! lol.
