Saltgrass's range rattlers, stuffed jalapeno with shrimp, cheese, and bacon and then deep fried with ranch dressing and onion strings, OMG!

yong tau foo.in case you don't know what it is,it is filled with vegetables with stuffings of tofu in it.they can be eaten in soup or dry.when dry,the stall owner with spill sweet sauce over your fillings.oh my!so tasty!
