I've inviting some really good friends over to my house for dinner but one of them is really struggling with her weight so I want to make a really yummy but not too fattening salad for dinner so she doen't feel uncomfortable having to eat something she normally wouldn't. I also don't want her to feel guilty later for going off her diet. Any suggestions?

Hi everyone. I love stuffed chicken breasts, but I'm running out of ideas. I've tried pepperoni and mozzarella (which is great as chicken parmasan) and cordon blue (sp?), and chicken kiev. Any other suggestions for stuffed chicken breasts that are tried and true? ((please include cooking time and temp if possible))

It's no secret that Animal Testing does save lives. Without animal testing polio would still be in existence. And we would not have made the strides we have.

I struggle with understanding why PETA and others think this is so evil. I don't want to live in a cave with no progress, especially in the medical world.

I'm looking for a fried pickle recipe that has a breading that is more like the kind Mozzerella sticks have rather than batter dipped. You know, like a crunchy cumby outside.
