Ingredients
1 Package Frozen Spinach
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Package Vegetable soup mix (dry)
1/2 Cup Sour cream
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
Directions
Place spinach and garlic into food processor and process until shredded and combined.
Add soup mix, sour cream and mayo and process until mixed.
The dip can be beautifully presented in a large hollowed out round pumpernickel bread. The bread pieces that you have left over from "hollowing out" can be used to dip.

Deviled Eggs
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Makes 6 (2 halves) servings
Ingredients:
6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Parsley Flakes
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Mustard
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Season-All® Seasoned Salt
McCormick® Paprika
Possible Changes:
1. yellow mustard & worcestershire sauce, granulated sugar & honey, garnish with a slice of spanish olive
2. use horseradish sauce instead of mayonnaise
3. add a little horesradish and can crabmeat.
4. worcestershire sauce, and a little creamy horesradish sauce.
5. cayenne pepper instead of paprika
6. a touch of vinegar for tanginess, along with salt and pepper.
7. Add a couple of drops of Tabasco
Directions:
1. Carefully slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl. Mash yolks with a fork; add mayonnaise, parsley, mustard and Season-All®, mixing until smooth and creamy.
2. Spoon yolk mixture into egg halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
To hard cook eggs:
Gently place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan. Add enough cold water to cover eggs with 1 inch of water. Cover pan and bring just to a boil, over high heat. Remove from heat and let stand about 15 minutes for large eggs. (Adjust time up or down by 3 minutes for each size larger or smaller.) After 15 minutes, pour off the hot water and rapidly cool eggs by running them under cold water (or place in ice water) until completely cooled. Refrigerate and use within a week.
Simple, fairly quick, and tastes great.

nice easy wrap, cold and great tasting. Take a large flour tortilla spread with your favorite philly cheese spread then add meats lettuce etc... there are so many combinations you can make. You can keep it simple or keep adding just remember thin and keep the moisture away from the tortilla(tomatoes and such). Roll it up and cut into abotu 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces add a tooth pick to keep it together and for picking up and viola

Bacon Wrapped Smokies
1 pound sliced bacon, cut into thirds
1 (14 ounce) package beef cocktail wieners
3/4 cup brown sugar, or to taste
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Refrigerate 2/3 of the bacon until needed. It is easier to wrap the wieners with cold bacon. Wrap each cocktail wiener with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle brown sugar generously over all.
Bake for 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until the sugar is bubbly. To serve, place the wieners in a slow cooker and keep on the low setting.

Finger food is always good...chicken wings if it is casual and quiche if it's formal. Maybe even calamari. Cold: A vegetable platter, or a spinach dip with french bread

This time of year I would go with Fresh Fruit.
Maybe a Watermelon Basket.....filled with watermelon, cantalope, and honeydew. Throw in a few blueberries and strawberries too.
Those baskets are so easy and fun to make. It'll be a big hit!

rye bread mini pizzas. You can buy mini rye bread loafs in the deli. Brown some hamburger, add a pound of velveeta, some oregano and worcestershire sauce, and use it to top the mini rye bread slices. bake at 450 for 8 minutes or so. Yummy!
