If I must chose between those 2, I'd pick Burger King. They're burgers are flame broiled not griddle fried like McDonald's. Which means more of the fat drips off the meat while cooking at BK, rather than having the meat dreanched in oil on a flat surface as at Micky D's. Plus, BK burgers are bigger and tastier too.
But, I really prefer Sonic's super Sonic #1. They may be soy burgers and that's alright - they taste the best! And there's nothing wrong with soy, I also drink Silk (a milk like product made with soy).
I seem to recall that Wendy's burgers are made with earthworms. Wasn't that a 60 Minutes (or some other news program) report about 3 years ago?

Definitely Burger King. The Whopper is delicious and large. The double whopper is huge.
Burger Kings fish sandwich is ten times better than McDonald's and Burger King has Croissantwiches.
I love McDonald's breakfast food, and I like the big and tasty but I only like the Big 'n Tasty because it reminds me of a Whopper.

I love the new McDonald's salads-- I love their breakfast food.
But I'm not too kean on the burgers of either place.
Sometimes I feel like I have a taste for a burger, and if I go to either one, I won't have a taste for a burger for 6 months, 'cause that's how long the after taste lasts...blah!
So, it's kinda good for my diet, I guess?
