Just went kayaking today for the first time with a wonderful woman. We stopped at one of those "Fresh SeaFood!!" stands and I bought a a few crabs for dinner. They're completely whole, but they've already been cooked. I know I'm a dummy for thinking I could pull this off, but now I'm desperate! I'm pretty sure that the crab has to be "gutted" or "Shelled" in a specific way, but I don't have a friggin' clue...
Any help, advice, or criticism is welcome; please just make it quick!!!

I used to drink very heavy for 17 yrs im 32 now so when i began my organs were not fully developed yet,and i had some problems.I don't think one beer would hurt me though.It's been 1yr and several mon.If you were me would you have a few?

don't like "diet" can't seem to loose weight very well but am very interested in cutting my salt and carb intake.....Any advice? I eat mostly microwave meals, and know they aren't very good in the low anything scale but I don't buy or cook much of anything else.

I've been trying to find a web page for a business and I can't find it anywhere...
It's a restaurant called, "Cookout"
It's a drive through only fast food burger joint that specializes in "tastes like grilled out" burgers and shakes.
I know they are a regional chain (specifically in the south east - there are at least 10 in North Carolina).
