To be sure, you need to contact a lawyer in your state. Check out:

It depends on the state, the bar, and the gender of the child. For example, in my state a female can go into a bar at the age of 18 but she is not allowed to drink alcohol. The reason for this is because to be a stripper you only have to be 18 so they had to pass that rule, however, a male can't enter a bar until they are 21. I would call my local law enforcement and ask if it is legal where you live.

It all depends. States have different laws regarding this. Some allow bars to be 18+ all the time others up to a certain time at night and some if a business's main purpose is alcohol are always required to be 21+. Even counties and cities in the same state can have different laws and ordances. In the end, every bar or club can set its own policy. South Dakota used to allow a parent to buy alcoholic drinks and serve them to their children, but that law was changed in the last 5 years or so.

Depends on the State that you are in. I was in Wisconsin awhile back and was shocked to see underage kids sitting at the bar.

It might be legal but it sure isn't a very wise parental choice!!!!

It depends on whether or not the bar is 21 and up or 18 and up.

A restaurant with a bar YES, but the kid can not sit at the bar, or in the bar area. A straight up bar or club NO

It depends on the state,

but in most states you can be 18 and be in a bar,
you just can't drink.

Yeah it it legal.
It illegal for the child to drink though.
Also some bars might have a policy against letting in people who are underage. But it certainly not illegal.

Depends which state you are in...but in a lot of cases it's ok if the minor is with a parent or guardian, and if the child isn't drinking.
